In the enchanting Christmas atmosphere, Caiarossa is happy to welcome you for a special event that combines the beauty of live music with the exquisite flavours of our terroir.
We look forward to welcoming you on 21st December to “Le Note di Caiarossa – Xmas Edition”.
A unique event where the elegance of our wines and the traditional flavours of our land combine with the emotions that only music can evoke. A special occasion to share the Christmas spirit and atmosphere.
The event begins at 4 pm with a guided tour of our unique wine cellar. The tour gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the extraordinary shapes, colours, lights and materials that define our cellar, inspired by the Feng Shui philosophy that has profoundly influenced the design of the building.
From 5 pm in the beautiful atmosphere of our Tasting Room, a flute concert will create the perfect Christmas ambience. The flute quartet “I Flauti Magici”, composed of the talented flautists Sara Capanna, Noemi Gaglio, Michela Ciulli and Rita Ferrini, will perform a selection of classical and Christmas pieces.
From 6 pm to 8.30 pm, a refined aperitif in our suggestive winemaking area will follow the concert. An exclusive view of the magnificent concrete tanks and beautiful wooden casks will create a unique and enchanting experience.
You will have the opportunity to taste two of our wines, Caiarossa Bianco and Pergolaia, accompanied by a buffet of finger foods and local products.
Caiarossa Bianco, an elegant blend of Chardonnay and Viognier, is an intense and harmonious white wine with a mineral, fruity and floral flavour that expresses its great personality.
Pergolaia, on the other hand, is a fruity blend of Sangiovese grapes grown in proximity to the sea, with a slight addition of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. It is a soft and elegant wine with a dynamic taste, characterised by a deep, fresh and powerful flavour.
